This isn't an event for just those serious ringers among us, anybody can take part, but keep in mind that this is a competition so good bell control/striking and listening skills are a requirement to some extent . For those less experienced wanting to take part, we can surround you with a team of strong ringers to ensure your steadiness and to keep those nerves at bay.
We have got 3 practice sessions lined up at St Andrews, Cullompton :
We'll use the first session at Cullompton for anyone who's thinking of giving the competition a go but would like to try before they commit their names to the list.
The 29th Jan and 12th February practice sessions will be just for people taking part in the competition.
If you would like to give it a go please e-mail me back registering your interest before Sunday 22nd January. Please make it clear in your response which of the practice sessions you will be able to attend.
I would also be grateful to hear from people who won't be able to make the competition, but are available to help out at the Sunday practice sessions in case we run short of people.
